Fadi Farah, DDS, DMD
Dr. Fadi Farah has dedicated more than 15 years to the field of dentistry, cultivating a reputation for excellence and compassion in patient care. He graduated with Honors from the esteemed Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University, earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. His outstanding academic achievements were recognized by the International College of Dentists, which honored him for Excellence in Leadership and Clinical Skills.
Dr. Farah is committed to ongoing advanced dental education. He holds fellowship status through the Implant Pathway Dental Implant Continuum, underscoring his significant contributions and commitment to excellence in implant dentistry and his dedication to the field.
Dr. Farah is also a certified Invisalign® provider, offering patients a modern, effective solution for achieving their ideal smiles. His approach to dentistry is rooted in compassion and understanding, and he is known for creating a warm, stress-free environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Furthermore, Dr. Farah has served as a Clinical Instructor at New York University Langone, contributing to the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. In this role, he has mentored the next generation of dentists, sharing his knowledge and passion for dental care. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society and Spear Dental Education.
Dr. Farah is deeply committed to public health and giving back to the community. He has volunteered extensively in underserved areas, particularly focusing on community water fluoridation.
When he’s not transforming smiles, Dr. Farah enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and horseback riding. His well-rounded approach to life and dentistry makes him a trusted and respected figure both in his practice and within the dental community.
Scott Siemen, DMD
Restorative Dentist
Dr. Scott Siemen, DMD completed his undergraduate degree at Worcester State College, graduating with a BS in Mathematics in 1985. Following in his grandfather’s steps, he pursued dentistry, and graduated from Tufts University in 1990. Dr. Siemen continued his education by studying facially generated treatment planning, occlusion in clinical practice, restorative design, treating worn dentition, and creating esthetic excellence at Spear Education. At the Dawson Center, he studied the diagnosis and treatment of masticatory problems and treatment of temporo maudibular dysfunction. He was also a faculty member at Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, where he taught the dental hygienist program. After working in several dental practices in Maine, Dr. Siemen established Paxton Dental Care in 1992, with the goal of creating a comfortable, anxiety-free environment for his patients. Dr. Siemen strives for honesty and communication in all aspects of dentistry, and believes that forming deep connections with his patients is the best way to provide the highest quality care. Dr. Siemen’s specialties include porcelain veneers and cosmetic bonding, bite problems, advanced tooth wear, one-visit CEREC crowns, and sedation dentistry. He is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society and the American Dental Association. Dr. Siemen has many interests outside of dentistry, and he especially enjoys outdoor activities, including camping, canoeing, soccer, and fly-fishing. He and his wife Katie have four children. They have a strong commitment to their family and friends.
Julie Riendeau
Office Manager
Julie has always been interested in the healthcare field and helping others. So, when the opportunity arose to join the Paxton Dental staff nine years ago, she knew it was where she was meant to be. The most rewarding part of Julie’s work is getting to know all the wonderful patients. She also loves being a member of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do and cares about patients’ wellbeing. She feels that every patient deserves top-quality care, and values being part of this practice which provides exactly that. Julie and Ray, her husband of more than 25 years, have one son, Tyler. She loves spending her free time with family and friends and camping.
Heather Primes
Dental Assistant
Heather is driven by one core purpose: making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. That passion motivates her every morning and fuels her commitment to exceptional patient care. From a young age, Heather knew she wanted to work in healthcare and never looked back.
She earned her Associate in Human Services degree from Mount Wachusett College and soon discovered her true calling in dentistry. Since then, dentistry has become more than a career—it’s a passion. At Paxton Dental Care, Heather is dedicated to ensuring each patient feels comfortable, supported, and informed about the importance of their oral health.
To Heather, Paxton Dental Care is more than a workplace—it’s a second home. She cherishes the strong bonds she shares with her teammates and values the trust she builds with every patient she meets.
Outside the office, Heather enjoys playing hockey and spending time outdoors. She lives with her husband, Jim, and their daughter, Taylor, who keep her life full of love, laughter, and adventure.
Leah Bradway
Dental Hygienist
Leah’s true passion for patient care comes from her pursuit of continuing education – she enjoys learning about the newest advancements and technologies in dentistry, along with implementations in prevention strategies. She takes tremendous pride in ensuring her patients feel catered to from start to end, relieving any anxiety or stress related to visiting the dentist. She wants her patients to feel the value of individualized care plans and recommendations – not just a one-size-suits-all approach.
Leah’s career began in 2009 when she graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant from Porter and Chester Institution. Her love for dentistry grew, and she pursued her degree in Dental Hygiene from Quinsigamond Community College, where she earned the STAR (Student Total Achievement and Recognition) award upon graduation in 2014.
Since then, Leah has worked in many multidisciplinary areas of dentistry, including specialty practices in periodontics and prosthodontics and teaching in academic settings.
In her spare time, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.
Kristen Renaud
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kristen is a warm, compassionate hygienist with over 18 years of experience helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their oral health. She has worked in a variety of dental settings, including general, pediatric, and periodontal care, and brings a gentle, friendly approach to every visit.
She genuinely enjoys connecting with patients, answering questions, and finding ways to make dental care feel a little less intimidating—and maybe even a little fun. Kristen is especially passionate about the link between oral health and overall wellness, and she’s always happy to share helpful tips (and a joke or two) to keep you smiling.
In addition to clinical practice, Kristen has taught dental hygiene students at Quinsigamond Community College and MCPHS Forsyth, passing on her knowledge and love for the profession to the next generation.
Outside the office, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young daughters. Their family stays busy with dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading—and Kristen wouldn’t have it any other way.
